Jean Nassar Assad

Mr. Jean Nassar is an industrious and prominent business man who has extensive expertise and knowledge in the business environment across the world. He started building his business empire as far back in 1981, when he was the Sales and Marketing Representative with Automaker Renault. He became the Manager of Affiliate a year later at Renault Affiliate, France. As the Managing Director (MD) of SOEIXIMEX France, Mr. Nassar expanded the company largely within the Sub-Saharan region. He is the Managing Director (MD) of Imexco Ghana Limited, a position he has held since 1990 to date. He holds two masters’ in mathematics and Commerce from the University of Marseille, France. He also holds Degrees in Finance, Economics, Auditing and Accounting, Cost and Management. He is a Board of Director at Printman Ghana Limited and other successful companies under Imexco Group of companies.

Jean Paul Feghali

Jean Paul Feghali holds an MBA in International Project Management from the European School of Management. He also holds another MBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Paris, Pantheon, Sorbonne – France. He worked as sales executive for a France based company known as SOEXIMEX, dealers in importer and exporter of rice and sugar into west and central African countries. He also worked in the same capacity at SONAMAR, another France based company that are into Electrical Material Distribution. He developed the passion in the FMCG industry and began to build his own empire with other partners. He became the CEO of IMEXCO GHANA LIMITED, a company that is into distribution of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and sole distributors of Moet and Hennessey range and other beverages. He also became the CEO and SHAREHOLDER of a retail company that is into alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in Ghana called BACCHUS WINE SHOPS and diversified into retail of high end quality accessories that deals in watches, perfume, bags, shoes and cigars. Seen as a man with great appetite to succeed, he has been involved in opening several other businesses that employs many Ghanaians, as part of his contribution to nation building.

Subbarao Marasu

Subbarao is an experienced and distinguished professional with in depth knowledge in corrugation in the printing and packaging industries around Africa, Europe and Asia. He has over 20 years working experience with proven track record of senior and floor level management with operating systems such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Kaizan and ISO.

Mr Rao Subba holds a B. Com from Osmania University in Hyderabad-India, Diploma in Printing Technology from State Board of Technical Education and Training-India. Prior to him joining Printman Ghana Limited, Mr Rao held senior managerial positions at Emcor Packaging Private Ltd as the Plant Head, Operational Head at A One printing industries in Tanzania, Senior manager at Albea Group in India and Senior Operator at P&P Printing Ltd-Cyprus. He has achieved numerous plaudits in his working years such as; Presidential commendation award for best performance at Essel Packaging Ltd, best printing and converting award from DuPont Asia Region, and special award for implementation of safety systems from Albea group to mention a few. His in-depth knowledge in operational, Marketing, Budgeting and maintenance make Mr Rao an all-round professional with immense expertise in reducing wastage and finding root cause to problems and ensuring efficient proper utilization of resources to the benefit of the company.

Krishnan Muthu

A confident and creative professional with over 24 years’ experience in packaging industries. Mr. Krishnan holds an Executive MBA in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic institute-Nagercoil, Tamilnadu Alagappa University – India. He also holds BBA in Business Management at the same institution in India. Prior to him joining Printman Ghana Limited, Mr. Krishnan had held senior managerial positions at UFLEX ENGINEERING LIMITED, GLS FILM INDS. P. LTD Mumbai India, and Positive Packaging Materials Manufacturing, where he developed strategies for various product segments with the technical team that reflect on sales margins. His exceptional work ethics and commitment to organization in a highly competitive and rapidly changing market place has made him an established success that drives the sales and marketing team to achieve results.

Hassan Khalid

Hassan Khalid holds a professional qualification of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). He also holds a Bsc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University-London. He has five (5) years working experience in managing and maintaining accountancy and finance with exposure to different industries in Pakistan and UAE. He began his working career as a Lecturer with SKANS School of Accountancy Lahore, where he lectured Business and Corporate Law. He later moved on and became an Accounts Executive with Marina Gulf Trading Co. Dubai-UAE. In his time at Al Taief Trading Co. LLC, he worked as Manager Accounts where he led in the implementation of marketing schemes, strategic implementation of corporate plans and mentoring staff in customer relationship development. He has enjoyed various achievements in his working years such as creation of marketing schemes to attract customers and implementation of HR policies and conflict resolution to mention a few. His key specialties include Financial Accounting, Financial Statement, Cash Flow Ac- counting, Budgeting, Policies and Procedure Design, Investment Appraisal and Payroll Management.
